QSI Facilities, a provider of national facilities management services, is excited to announce the acquisition of Complete Facility Solutions, Inc. to bolster critical service offerings to current and future customers.
QSI Facilities (QSI), a leading provider of multi-site facilities services, has acquired Complete Facility Solutions, Inc. (CFS). Complete Facility Solutions is an on-demand facility maintenance and project management provider serving customers across North America.
Building on the success of this year’s acquisitions of Pecan Grove Solutions and Security Source, both of which enabled QSI to extend the critical service offerings to current and future customers, the CFS acquisition will help strengthen the QSI FM platform by enhancing our service delivery platform to execute an enterprise FM solution to our clients. Additionally, CFS will provide significant growth potential to the enlarged organization through service and segment diversification and cross selling opportunities.
Headquartered in Wichita, KS; CFS will operate as a division of QSI Facilities. Owners Stephen and Kaela Wegeng will remain with QSI as a critical part of their leadership team. In their roles, they will be responsible for the continued leadership of Complete Facilities Solutions and will work with QSI to enhance service offerings.
"We are proud to welcome Stephen and Kaela along with Complete Facility Solutions’ employees, customers and field partners to the QSI family," said Eric Crabb, CEO of QSI. "Both companies share remarkably similar cultures, values, and approach to customer service. We look forward to leveraging our combined strengths to create even greater value for our customers."
